Policies for TaylorMade Gymnastics Training Center

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 15th of the month for the upcoming month. A $10 late fee will be assessed on any accounts not paid by the 20th of the month. Students whose accounts remain unpaid by the 1st of the month will not be allowed to participate in class until all monies owed are brought current. Please refer to TaylorMade 's service contract for specific rates, terms and conditions regarding payments and tuition.

Attendance
Promptness and attendance are very important to us. Please call should your child need to miss a class due to illness or conflict. You are allotted one make-up per quarter which must be completed by quarter's end. If TaylorMade needs to cancel a class for any reason (inclement weather, etc.) a make-up class will be assigned. Here's how to schedule a make-up:

1. In most cases we can schedule make-ups over the phone. Please stop by the front desk and we will issue you a card with the day and time of your make-up. Give this card to your child's teacher when you attend the make-up class.
2. When at all possible, plan in advance so we are better able to accommodate your needs.

Enrollment
All classes fill on a first come/first pay basis. Full payment is required for registration. Limit of one make-up per 3 month quarter. Enrollment in class entitles you to that day/time. Switching between classes will necessitate a penalty fee of $10.

Credits/Refunds
No refunds, but account credits may be issued and are good for 1 year from the date posted. A $15 fee will be assessed for dropped classes.

Spectators
For your safety and the safety of our athletes, under no circumstances are spectators allowed in the gym. NO EXCEPTIONS. The only people allowed in the gym are students and those parents who are actively participating in a Diaper Dare Devil class or other parent/child participation program. We offer closed circuit television for you to watch your child(ren) during their classes. You will be given one warning. Should there be a second occurrence you and your child will be asked to leave the gym.

Students are not permitted in the gym unless they are actively participating in their scheduled class. Please do not enter the gym until your class instructor has called your class. Your class instructor will notify you in the waiting area when class is ready to begin.

Timeliness
Please pick your children up on time. We offer wireless internet as an added convenience so you can feel free to bring your laptop and surf while you wait. If you chose to drop and pick up please make sure you are here by the end of your child's class. Late pick up fees will be assessed in the following increments:

1. 1 to 10 minutes late $10.00
2. Each additional minute late is $1.00

Attire
Please make sure your child is dressed properly. Girls should wear a body leotard, shorts or sweat pants and t-shirt tucked in. No tights, please. Boys should wear t-shirt tucked in and shorts or sweat pants. Hair should be pulled away from the face. No gum is allowed. Soda, juice and food should never be brought in to the workout area.

Scheduling
We are closed for most major holidays and follow the Fayette County school calendar. Pleaes check the website or call the office for current vacation/holiday schedules.

Health
Please inform us if you child has any physical issues or other relevant information that we should know. Tell the instructor if your child has recently had an ear infection, as it could hamper their balance.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the gym, waiting area, or parking lot.
