Annual Registration Fee
A registration fee of $35 per individual or $45 per family is due upon initial registration and annually each January thereafter.

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 15th of the month for the upcoming month. A $10 late fee will be assessed on any accounts not paid by the 15th of the month. Students whose accounts remain unpaid by the 1st of the month will not be allowed to participate in class until all monies owed are brought current. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FOR THAT MONTH'S TUITION, YOU ARE NO LONGER ENROLLED IN CLASSES AND THEREFORE YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED ANY MAKE UP LESSONS.

For your convenience we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, and Paypal. in person at the front desk, y check in the black drop box, credit card via phone, EFT, auto credit card draft, auto bank draft, auto check from your bank, or check via mail.

Sibling Discounts: $10 for the first child and $10 for each additional child. Siblings must be immediate family members only.

Multi-Class Discount: Children enrolled in two or more classes per week receive 50% off their second class. Multiple discounts for the same child may not be used.

Credits/Refunds
No refunds, but account credits may be issued and are good for 1 year from the date posted.

Attendance
Promptness and attendance are very important to us. Please notify us should your child need to miss a class due to illness or conflict. If TaylorMade needs to cancel a class for any reason (inclement weather, etc.) a make-up class will be assigned.

If you miss a class you will only be permitted a make-up lesson if you notify the gym prior to your scheduled class. You can notify the gym via phone (leave a message if no answer), email to info@FlipFlyFun.com or via Facebook message at TaylorMade Gymnastics Training Center.

All classes fill on a first come/first pay basis. Full payment is required for registration. Enrollment in class entitles you to that day/time.

Spectators
For your safety and the safety of our athletes, under no circumstances are spectators allowed in the gym. NO EXCEPTIONS. The only people allowed in the gym are students and those parents who are actively participating in a Diaper Dare Devil class or other parent/child participation program. We offer windows for you to watch your child(ren) during their classes.

Students are not permitted in the gym unless they are actively participating in their scheduled class. Please do not enter the gym until your instructor has called your class. Your class instructor will notify you in the waiting area when class is ready to begin.

Attire
Please make sure your child is dressed properly. Girls should wear a body leotard, shorts or sweat pants and t-shirt tucked in. No tights, please. Boys should wear a t-shirt tucked in and shorts or sweat pants. Hair should be pulled away from the face. No gum is allowed. Soda, juice and food should never be brought in to the workout area.

Timeliness
Please pick your children up on time. We offer wireless internet as an added convenience so you can feel free to bring your laptop and surf while you wait. If you chose to drop and pick up please make sure you are here by the end of your child's class. Late pick up fees will be assessed in the following increments:

1. 1 to 10 minutes late $10.00
2. Each additional minute late is $1.00

Scheduling
We are closed for most major holidays and follow the Fayette County school calendar. Pleaes check the website, Facebook or call the office for current vacation/holiday schedules.

Health
Please inform us if you child has any physical issues or other relevant information that we should know. Tell the instructor if your child has recently had an ear infection, as it could hamper their balance.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the gym, waiting area, or parking lot.
