Policies for TaylorMade Tumbling & Cheer, Inc.
1. $35 Family Administration Fee: The $35 per family fee is due upon registration. This fee defrays TaylorMade’s Tumbling & Cheer’s administrative costs and bestows previous students to any immediate family member of a current student.
2. Tuition Policy & Priority Deadline- The 15th of each month is TaylorMade’s Priority deadline. This is the deadline by which current students must pay tuition or forfeit their priority over new or previous students. Families who would rather not worry about the priority deadline should consider Pay-In-Advance or Credit Card On File.
Pay-In-Advance: Simply pay for multiple months in advance and lock-in your priority status for up to the entire school year. In the event your personal schedule changes and you can not fulfill the obligations for which you have paid, notify us in writing BEFORE the start of the month and your money will be refunded within 14 days. Not available for summer or Flexi schedules.
Credit Card On File: We will securely keep your credit card on file and automatically charge tuition against it each term until you notify us otherwise. Change requests must be made in accordance with all regular procedures. Not available for Summer or Flexi schedules.
3. Make-Ups: Just like college, your tuition pays for a class spot, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE. However, as a courtesy, TaylorMade Tumbling & Cheer offers make-ups when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of the class. Hence, make-up procedures vary program to program, depending on safety concerns, space, equipment and teaching ratios.
Make-ups are a privilege. TaylorMade Tumbling & Cheer reserves the right to refuse to offer a make-up if we feel it will affect safety or lessen the experience of those who have registered for and paid for that class.
4. Parents and children who arrive at the gym early are to remain in the waiting area until the instructor signals the beginning of class.
