• Participants are able to experience optional competition without the huge commitment necessary for the JO program.
• A gymnast does not have to have competed previously in the JO program.

USAG Prep Optional Level Bronze (beginner optional level):

Training: Two days per week for 3 hours per day.

This program requires a year-round commitment. This group requires a Booster Club commitment which pays fees directly related to your child's specific costs associated with competitions, team uniforms, and team summer camp.


USAG Prep Optional Level Silver (beginner/intermediate optional level):

Training: Two days per week for 3 hours per day.

This program requires a year-round commitment. This group requires a Booster Club commitment which pays fees directly related to your child's specific costs associated with competitions, team uniforms, and team summer camp.


USAG Prep Optional Level Gold (intermediate/advanced optional level):

Training: Two or three days per with a total of 7 – 9 1/2 hours per week.

This program requires a year-round commitment. This group requires a Booster Club commitment which pays fees directly related to your child's specific costs associated with competitions, team uniforms, and team summer camp.


USAG Prep Optional Level Platinum (advanced optional level):

This program requires a year-round commitment. This group requires a Booster Club commitment which pays fees directly related to your child's specific costs associated with competitions, team uniforms, and team summer camp.
