Beginner and Intermediate Gymnastics

Beginner and Intermediate gymnastic classes are offered for boys and girls beginning at age 5. Basic skill technique and fundamentals are taught on various pieces of gymnastic apparatus' including floor exercise, uneven parallel bars, balance beam and vault. In addition classes are designed to incorporate work on flexibility, strength, endurance, and overall coordination.

Developmental Teams

Working toward competition, these selected gymnasts participate in mini-meets throughout the year and perform at community events. Hands-on training readies these beginning gymnasts for progression towards competitive gymnastics! Developmental Teams Include: Levels 1-3.

We are now offering a Pre-Team Gymnastics (Level 2) program.
