Special Needs Gymnastics and Special Olympics Participation

TaylorMade is excited to be one of the only gymnastic centers on the south side to offer gymnastics programs for special needs students. Whether in a group setting, semi-private or private lesson, TaylorMade will work with you and your child to create a fitness program your child is sure to enjoy. In addition, we are the only gymnastics facility in Fayette County to send athletes to the Special Olympics.

The benefits of gymnastics for children with special needs are vast. Physical education programs have proven to considerably improve the lifestyle of a child with special needs and are highly recommended. Furthermore, these programs may help control obesity, promote activeness, increase child's self-image and social skills, and increase motivation.
